Our intention is to assist your family of employees to find their FLOW STATE. How can Yoga help achieve FLOW STATE?
By taking a break from daily activities to practice yoga and/or meditation, we take the time to quiet the mind and focus on things like breath, movement and alignment. Once the mind is clear of distractions, we can find joy in the present moment and be better equipped to manage and overcome challenges.
We work directly with you to understand your specific goals and curate a program tailored to the needs of your team, as well as your company’s budget.
Live stream classes are a great way to get your team together to practice as one group via Zoom in their own spaces, while also receiving real-time instruction, feedback and support from the yoga teacher. The class is for your group only and the teacher plans the class based on the specific needs of your employees. (Ex: sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, high mental stress, etc.)
“On-demand” access to FLY TV will provide your employees with hundreds of options at their fingertips to practice with at any time they want. FLY TV is filled with professionally filmed classes of varying styles, intensities and duration. (Everything from meditation to power yoga classes.)
Currently everything is digital, but in the future, if a “field trip” for an in-person studio experience is desired, we can arrange this as well. (Depending on the current state of the pandemic and government guidelines in order to maintain safety for everyone.)
