Hot Classes/Fire Room:

Hot FLY (60 and 80 minute classes)

Set your intention and FLY! We offer this signature hatha/vinyasa/ashtanga fusion class in both 60 & 80 minute versions. Warm-up with stretching and sun salutation variations, work through a set of standing/balancing postures, move with breath to vinyasa flows, followed by a spine and core strengthening series, and ending with some deeper floor postures for a cool down at the end. This is a set series with some variations by instructor. Expect great music while you connect with your breath in this whole-body cleansing yoga experience. All-levels of yogis are welcome to join, and early sign-up is always encouraged.

 

Power Yoga Sculpt

This is a full body workout. Class is set to energizing music* and designed to tone, sculpt and challenge your body. Class begins with flow and then strength-training exercises, free weights, plyometrics and cardio are incorporated to quickly get your heart pounding. This class is all levels but will challenge even the most fit. You will walk out feeling accomplished, inspired, worked and very sweaty. Our radiant heat panels are on, but set to a lower temperature than our signature Hot FLY class. *Music is uncensored.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hot Power Vinyasa

All levels are welcome, inspired, and challenged by this unique and vigorous flow. Music, breath, and clear instruction propel you through each pose. Don’t expect the same sequence every time you come. Intelligent sequencing is used to systematically open up the body and work students towards peak postures. Music is upbeat, energizing, current and sometimes uncensored. Come ready to work hard, have fun and sweat…a lot.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hot Vinyasa

Radiantly-heated Vinyasa – All levels are welcome, inspired, and challenged by this unique and vigorous flow. Music, breath, and creative instruction propel you through each pose. Don’t expect the same sequence every time you come. This free style flow is constantly evolving as attending students blossom. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Friday Flow

It’s finally Friday! Time to close out the work week and get ready for the weekend. This all-levels, lightly-heated class will boost your energy and tone your buns! Expect up-beat music and a playful vibe as we move through a unique blend of traditional asana, strength building isometric holds, and the occasional calorie-burning burst of plyometric moves. Start your weekend right feeling empowered, centered, and strong! Friday’s at 1:45 pm.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hot Soulful Flow

This is not your normal everyday yoga class! Get ready to be inspired, and to burn some calories. Expect good vides, soulful music, while flowing through moves that are welcoming to all levels of practitioners. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hot Hatha

Postures will be held for several breath cycles to really allow your mind to let go. Come to this class to realign your body and focus on releasing what doesn’t serve you. Hot Hatha is an all levels class that is radiantly-heated for a detoxifying sweat.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hot Gentle Flow

All levels heated class including seated and standing postures. Class will begin with a short meditation and move into stretching followed by a gentle flow, connecting breath to movement. We will practice the foundational postures of yoga with time to explore alignment, depth, and modifications. Be prepared for a little sweat as this class is lightly heated. Heat is intended to warm the body and gently assist in deepening your postures.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Yoga Fundamentals

Calling all brand-new yogis and experienced practitioners alike to get back to the basics! Build your confidence and basic knowledge of the postures, you will find in our other class offerings, as we take a workshop approach to breaking down each pose in a way that works for your body no matter your experience level. Expect one-on-one attention and a chance to ask questions along the way! Limited to 6 people – Early sign-up is always always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Vinyasa Flow

Connect with your breath as you move in and out of postures. We encourage each instructor to bring their own creative expression into the room. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 Vinyasa Class Descriptions (by instructor):

Align & Flow (Olivia Stephens) – Come home to yourself. This class uses asana, the physical postures, to not only develop greater strength, balance and flexibility but to build a deeper connection between mind, body and spirit. Expect an inspired message and strong flow to leave you feeling deeply centered and re-energized. We’ll begin with a short meditation and gradually build a flow, emphasizing foundational alignment and then layering on poses to steadily build heat with the breath. Students will be encouraged to honor where they are in their yoga practice – props and modifications will be offered and encouraged. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Yin/Yang Vinyasa (Anna Volkoff) – In this class you will find the balancing effects of incorporating the yin and yang energies of the practice. Enjoy the strengthening benefits of the heat building yang yoga and allow your body to melt into more passively held stretches within the yin side of yoga. Each class starts with a warm-up and breathing practice, moving with intention to more strength building poses and closes with deeply held stretches for increased flexibility. You will gain strength, flexibility and develop inner self-awareness as you learn to use your breath to flow mindfully. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

Vinyasa Flow + Loving Kindness (Freedom Ciavarello) – All levels Whimsy Vinyasa Flow and Mini Loving Kindness Meditation. All are welcome. Come find a flow with Free to keep it easy like Sunday Morning. We will engage with both the subtle body and the gross body to manifest all that we desire in our lives, beginning with the abundant nature of embodied presence and letting go of limiting expectations. There is Magic everywhere. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

Vinyasa Flow (Crystal Covelle) – This class works to increase balance, strength and flexibility while emphasizing the connections between the breathe, centeredness in the core, and movement. You can expect a short meditation at the beginning of class followed by gentle warm up exercises, sun salutations, a series of standing poses and plenty of time to wind down into savasana. Be prepared for a playful, exploratory and energizing practice. While this class is challenging, students are highly encouraged to move with their own breath and work where they are. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Vinyasa Flow (Keri Saul) – Vinyasa Flow where the sequencing is honored as students move through the chakra system. The class begins through breath centered gentle warm-ups, sun salutations, creative standing pose sequences, powerful arm balances, transformative inversions, heart opening backbends, cleansing twists, deep forward bends and hip openers, along with mind-expanding meditation. The class culminates in blissful relaxation, leaving you feeling happy, wild and free!! Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Vinyasa “Float” (Heather Vaught) – Interested in arm balances and inversions but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you have some experience, but don’t get enough time to practice these poses in a typical flow class? Vinyasa float is for you! In this class we’ll work on strength, balance, flexibility, and flight. We’ll try different arm balances or inversions each week, allowing time to play and workshop different variations or modifications. Some previous yoga experience recommended, but all levels of arm balance and inversions welcome. This is a great space to learn!  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Power Flow

A higher intensity unheated power vinyasa class for those who want a physically challenging class focusing on intelligent alignment, breath control, and strength building to safely move into more advanced postures. Classes are designed to increase body awareness and decrease stress as you learn to respond to difficult situations with ease and focus. Music is played throughout and matches the pace of the class, music may sometimes be uncensored. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required, and although this is an unheated practice, be prepared to sweat! Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hip Hop Flow

If you’ve never twerked in down dog, Hip Hop Flow is a one of a kind offering you won’t want to miss! Been caught busting a move in the living room? Rocking out to your favorite jams in front of the bathroom mirror? Yeah. You’ve got the beat in you; no denying it! Quit hiding your swag from the world, yo. It’s real – dance classes can be intimidating. But hip hop flow is for you. No pressure. No judgement. No choreography. Just sweaty, funky, fun. Booty popping and chaturangas all in one class set to a fly soundtrack of dope cuts that are sure to put your body in motion and your day back on track. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Pound

Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music! Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Light on Sculpt

In this class you will bring focus to the power of your breath and set intention. Lite on Sculpt is similar to our Sculpt Power Yoga, but non-heated, less cardio and more form and alignment. After a comprehensive warm up (that opens up the spine, hips, hamstrings), we will connect breath to movement with sun salutations. The focus will be to elongate your spine and connect your core through engaging the Bhandas, (internal muscular locks that are intentionally engaged to redirect energy flow). After setting up good form in asana alignment we will add free weights to develop strength and stamina. You will build lean muscle through total body conditioning in a way that will lend more energetic awareness to your regular yoga practice. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Buti Yoga

The only way to transform your body in a sustainable way is to fall in Love with your workout+wellness lifestyle. Buti Yoga isn’t just a workout-its’ a chance to create-let go-connect-and sweat with intention. Every time you step on your mat, you have a chance to break through the emotional or physical barriers that set you free. This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance+body sculpting primal movement. Created by celebrity trainer, Bizzie Gold, Buti yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt+tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Count

Not counting the reps but making the reps count is what this class is all about. When your muscles burn and your mind aches for release is precisely the moment that the work begins in this class. Strong, energetic, and challenging; Combining the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, stress-reducing, yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. Morning Flow

Better than coffee. The benefits of a morning yoga routine are many including boosting metabolism, improving digestion, decreasing stress levels and bringing mental clarity and focus. Wake up your muscles and feel energized with this 60 minute flow focusing on simple postures that will prepare both your body and your mind for a more productive day. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Gentle Yoga

This class is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition, making the class simple and accessible for most everyone. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Mindful Movement

This class is for those who wish to have a balanced practice at a slower pace. Pranayama (breathwork) and asana (poses) work together to hone our internal concentration. We will build some heat with small flows and strong holds and balance motion with stillness in passive postures supported with props. With increased awareness one can move more intentionally through the poses and come to learn what the body really needs. All levels and bodies are welcome and will be supported in their space.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

 

Yin

The perfect practice to balance any challenging physical activity – Hot Yoga, Running, Biking – this class will restore your bones and connective tissue allowing you greater range of motion. This is a quiet practice, where postures are held 3-5 minutes. You will leave class feeling stronger, taller and happier. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (We offer both, 60 and 80 minute classes – check schedule.)

 

Yin + Meditation

(Wednesday’s at 10:30 am with Freedom Ciavarello) Yin is a practice that influences embodiment of the subtle energy in the active body. This is highly recommended as a supplement to a Vinyasa practice for muscle repair and recovery. Expect gentle efforts and to experience micro facial release-creating a sense of calm that stays with you days after practice. There is ample space within the class for personal mediation practice and evolution. Freedom offers an adaptable practice suitable for all levels and body types.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Meditation & Pranayama

With this busy life, giving your mind the opportunity to rest is essential for optimal health, productivity, creativity, and peace of mind. In this class, you will learn to breathe, connect with your subtle body, strengthen prana (life-force energy), and develop mindful tools for creating inner stillness through meditation. Begin the day the right way, with a mindful morning! Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

 

Restorative + Soundbath

(Friday’s at 6:00 pm and Saturday’s at 6:30 pm with Erin Brooks)

Please, come on in, find a comfortable seat on your bolster, smell the aroma, feel the vibration of the singing bowls. BE in your body. This restorative class offers the opportunity for you to FEEL your body. Using Singing Bowls, Aromatherapy, Sound and Breath, you will begin to explore parts of your SELF that have yet to be discovered. We hold poses for longer periods of time. The result is deeper flexibility, better awareness and an overall ability to just let go. Cozy Comfortable clothing is welcomed. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (80 minute class)

 

Restorative 

(Tuesday’s at 6:00 pm with Catiebelle Bulmer) 

A deeply relaxing and reflective yoga practice, supported by the use of bolsters, blocks, and blankets, and designed to heal the body and mind. The class is guided through prolonged, supported postures which get deep in to the layers of the body, to soothe the nervous system, relieve stress, encourage mindfulness, and cultivate heightened body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

 

Restorative 

(Saturdys’s at 6:30 pm with Mercedes Benyo)

Restorative yoga is a practice of being, rather than doing, helping to relieve the effects of stress and bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony and balance. Poses are held for longer periods of time, less emphasis on flexibility and more on relaxing. A meditative yoga class with soothing music, essential oils, and props to aid the body in releasing tension. Great for beginners or those who wish to relieve stress from the modern world. This practice helps balance out even the most experienced yogi.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (80 minute class)

 

Stretch & Zen

This class combines quiet Yin shapes for the connective tissues, followed by fluid stretching of the muscles in the neck, back, shoulders and hips to create more mobility and flexibility in your regular yoga practice.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Mindful Flow

Integrating traditional alignment-based yoga, philosophy, pranayama (breath work) and meditation, this class is a flowing style of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga which links breath with movement to cultivate a deeper awareness of the self. Learn to quiet the mind while moving the body with fluidity and awareness. The class focuses on a flowing sequence of standing postures and seated work which balance strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Core Flow

This class is a carefully crafted blend of slow vinyasa, strength training, and breath work. The focus is on engaging the deep core, including each layer of the abdominals, the back, and the pelvic floor. Every class is different. The sequence gradually builds to an apex pose, which might be a balancing pose, an inversion, or a back bend. You’ll learn challenging new poses that are taught in a very approachable way. Liya uses her knowledge of the human body as a doctor and acupuncturist in her cueing and skillful hands-on assists. Breathe deeper. Stand tall. Walk out of this class feeling both stronger and more relaxed. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

 

Sacred Flow

This soft & slow moving flow will fire up your senses & ignite your inner knowing & truth. A combination of gentle yoga, deep grounded stretching & meditation. Sacred flow focuses on your inner strength through your breath guiding you to find your sacred space, your deepest truest part of you. Essential oils, light massage, & props to aid the body in healing. Bring your BEING into balance with influence from my Ojibwe culture. Great for all levels. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (80 minute class)

 

Dynamic Tune-up

Come to share in a dynamic practice curated to engage and strengthen your core in order to create a strong foundation to support all levels of flexibility in this 75 minute practice aligning the breath, the heart and the body. Expect to hold poses for longer and to be able to practice deeper variations of the traditional Hatha-Raja yoga practice. Students will walk away with a clearer understanding of how to get in and out of poses safely with attention to alignment and breath suitable to take into the faster environment of a heated class. A great way to compliment any heated practice as well as to develop a perennial home practice.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (75 minute class)

 

Hatha Flow

Integrating traditional alignment-based yoga, philosophy, pranayama and meditation, this class is a flowing style of Hatha yoga which links breath and movement. Generally a slower pace than Vinyasa yoga, the class focuses on standing poses and basic seated work which balance strength and flexibility, and is suitable for all levels.  Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Hatha Yoga

Traditional Asana, Pranayama and meditation practice to balance the sun and moon energies within. In this class you will gain insight to your practice, deepen internal awareness, balance, strength and flexibility. Each posture is held for a few breaths, providing an opportunity to work on alignment and understanding sensations as they arise. This class is welcome to all practitioners. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

 

Yoga For Cross-training

A dynamic hour to improve your overall endurance, build body awareness, and strengthen your core and synergist muscle groups. Early sign-up is always encouraged. (60 minute class)

Kids Yoga

Our hour of kids yoga will encourage our kids to explore balance, concentration, flexibility and strength. Yoga for kids can help build confidence, body awareness, and a focus on the breath as a tool for centering. This kids class will typically feature stories, art time, partner dynamics, animal and nature themes, sounds and laughter. Prenatal Yoga

Explore and celebrate the journey into motherhood. Yoga can be the perfect compliment to pregnancy, fostering a deep connection to yourself and your baby. We will use this practice to increase strength, promote flexibility and embrace a holistic approach to pregnancy and childbirth. This series is designed for women at all stages of pregnancy. We will cover important topics, such as safe core strengthening, pelvic floor health, optimal fetal position and preparation for labor and delivery. No prior yoga experience necessary. All are welcome! Current and future Prenatal Yoga offerings are on our Workshops page.

 

Mama/Baby Yoga

Mama-baby Yoga will offer new mamas an opportunity to come together, bring your babies to yoga, and gently move your bodies. The physical demands of caring for a new baby can place stress on your body and mind; that may manifest as fatigue or tension in the neck, shoulders, hips, back and feet. During this class we will emphasize structural alignment, and work together to target those areas, and bring your nervous system ease. We will use breathwork to focus, and gentle yoga to open the chest, support the spine, strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles & stabilize your incredible postpartum body. Together we will consider the daily life of being a new mom, and use the wisdom available in yoga practice, to support you in the challenges of this emotional new role with compassion. Join us when you feel ready, which most often falls at 6-10 weeks postpartum.
