Why Hot Yoga?

The surrounding heat in our radiantly-heated classes warm your muscles and connective tissues. This allows you to stretch deeper and to stretch more safely with less risk of injury. The heat and humidity in the studio encourage your body to release sweat. As the sweat comes out so do the toxins.

Breaks during class can be taken, especially if you are new to a hot yoga practice. Just do your best to stay in the room and let your body acclimate to the heat and to practicing yoga in a heated environment.
